Opšti uslovi poslovanja

Član 1

Opšti uslovi poslovanja, regulišu međusobne odnose i predstavljaju osnovu za sklapanje Ugovora o prodaji ulaznica za sportske, muzičke i druge kulturne događaje (u daljem tekstu: Događaji), između Ticketing d.o.o. iz Beograda (u daljem tekstu: Ticketing) i kupca ulaznica za priredbe (u daljem tekstu: Kupac).

Član 2

Ticketing obavlja uslugu vršenja prodaje ulaznica za pojedinačne Događaje u ime i za račun organizatora događaja (u daljem tekstu: Organizator).
TICKETING d.o.o. Beograd (u daljem tekstu: "Ticketline") nije organizator ponuđenih događaja, zbog čega ne snosi nikakvu odgovornost u vezi sa organizacijom i/ili održavanjem događaja, te nije odgovoran za povraćaj novca.

Član 3

Ulaznice za Događaje Kupac može naručiti putem telefona, interneta ili lično. Narudžbina je fiksna i obavezujuća i ne može biti menjana niti stornirana. Obavezni elementi narudžbine su: ime, prezime, broj kontakt telefona, i e-mail adresa. Za sportske događaje obavezan element narudžbine je i JMBG u skladu sa članom 13 Zakona o sprečavanju nasilja i nedoličnog ponašanja na sportskim priredbama Republike Srbije. Ticketing zadržava pravo da obavezne elemente narudžbine koriguje prema potrebama.

Član 4

Kupac garantuje za tačnost i istinitost podataka iz prethodnog člana. Ukoliko Kupac navede netačne ili lažne podatke u narudžbini, Kupac snosi svu odgovornost za posledice koje zbog toga nastanu, u skladu sa pozitivnim propisima Republike Srbije. Ticketing ne odgovara za štetu koju Kupac nedozvoljenim ponašanjem učini trećim licima. Ticketing ne odgovara za povredu prava na privatnost i sigurnost Kupca koju na Internetu izvrši treće lice. Ticketing ne odgovara za štetu koja nastane za Kupca ili treće lice usled povrede obaveze Kupca na čuvanje tajnosti podataka o sadržini podataka iz svoje narudžbine.

Član 5

Narudžbina putem interneta postaje obavezujuća za Kupca momentom pritiska na dugme “Naruči”, a za Ticketing u momentu dodeljivanja transakcionog broja, koji se automatski prikazuje u poslednjem koraku postupka naručivanja. Ticketing potvrdu o izvršenoj narudžbini automatski šalje Kupcu putem e-maila.

Nakon poručivanja, bićete obavešteni o statusu Vaše porudžbine putem email-a koji ste naveli tokom procesa poručivanja. Porudžbina je prihvaćena od strane Ticketing-a tek nakon što Vam e-mailom pošaljemo potvrdu o prihvatanju iste. Ukoliko je e-mail adresa Kupca netačna, i kao takva bude registrovana na Ticketing serveru, Ticketing ne garantuje za korektno obavljanje postupka naručivanja.

Član 6

Klijent je upoznat i saglasan sa činjenicom da prilikom odabira opcije da se izvrši online plaćanje, u slučaju kada se u rezervacionom procesu napravi odabir mesta, i klijent tu poruku dobije na mejl, a ne izvrši se plaćanje iz bilo kog razloga, Ticketline nema obavezu obezbediti klijentu te ulaznice, jer se takva vrsta odabira mesta ne smatra uspešnom rezervacijom, pa se odabrana mesta vraćaju u slobodnu prodaju.

Član 7

Mesta sedenja za pojedinačne Događaje se dodeljuju po principu najboljih raspoloživih mesta u trenutku naručivanja, ukoliko preko interneta Kupcu nije data mogućnost da direktno iz plana sedenja bira svoje mesto.

Član 8

Naručenu ulaznicu Kupac mora platiti i preuzeti u roku naznačenom na potvrdi o izvršenoj narudžbini, koja se prikazuje zajedno sa transakcionim brojem. Rok se računa od momenta naručivanja ulaznica, ali isti ne važi dalje od naznačenog termina početka nekog Događaja.Sve narudžbine ulaznica napravljene 24h pre početka nekog Događaja nisu važeće, bez obzira na podatke koji Kupcu automatski stignu u potvrdnom mejlu narudžbine.

U slučaju da poslednji dan roka bude nedelja ili praznik, kao poslednji dan roka računa se prvi sledeći radni dan. Ukoliko Kupac ulaznicu ne podigne u dogovorenom roku, ista će biti automatski stornirana i vraćena u prodaju bez daljih obaveštenja. Kupac u tom slučaju gubi sva prava koja su proistekla iz postupka naručivanja. Plaćanje je moguće izvršiti gotovinski putem, karticom ili čekom građana.

Član 9

Rok za slanje ulaznica na dostavu je do 15 radnih dana, nakon dobijanja od kupca svih tačnih podataka neophodnih za slanje putem eksterne kurirske službe. Ticketline nije odgovoran za eventualna kašnjenja i probleme u isporuci pošiljke nakon predaje iste kurirskoj službi.

Član 10

U konačnu obračunsku vrednost transakcije za uplatu, osim vrednosti ulaznica, ulaze i troškovi usluge korišćenja Ticketing d.o.o. rezervacionog sistema, kao i eventualni troškovi usluga dostave ulaznica na željenu adresu, koji se obračunavaju u zavisnosti od izabranih opcija, a sve u skladu sa poslovnom i cenovnom politikom Ticketing d.o.o.

U slučaju ONLINE plaćanja troškovi obrade putem internet prodavnice obračunavaju se na nivou porudžbine i predstavljaju pokriće neophodnih administrativnih, materijalnih i ostalih operativnih troškova poslovnih partnera sa kojima Ticketing d.o.o. ima Ugovor i od kojih iznajmljujemo usluge korišćenja online servisa.

Ukupna vrednost porudžbine je vrednost koju Kupac treba da plati i na koju Kupac nema dodatnih troškova, pod uslovom da se zahtevi iz porudžbine nisu menjali ili nije dolazilo do odustajanja od dostave na željenu adresu, pa ponavljanja zahteva za dostavu.

Sve izmene i dopune inicijalne porudžbine smatraju se novom porudžbinom koje se tarifiraju u skladu sa cenovnom politikom Ticketing d.o.o.

Član 11

Kupljena ulaznica važi isključivo za 1(jednu) osobu, ukoliko prilikom naručivanja ulaznica, sama ulaznica nije definisana kao kolektivna ulaznica tj. ulaznica koja važi za veći broj osoba.
Ulaznica omogućava jedan ulazak na Događaj i napuštanjem mesta Događaja ulaznica prestaje da važi, ukoliko pri kupovini ulaznice ista nije definisana za veći broj ulazaka.
Falsifikovanje ulaznica je kažnjivo zakonom. U slučaju zloupotrebe ulaznice, ista će biti trajno oduzeta, a posetiocu neće biti dozvoljen ulaz na Događaj.

Član 12

U slučaju promene termina bilo kog događaja iz naše ponude, Ticketline nije obavezan o tome pojedinačno obaveštavati sve svoje kupce, već se sama promena termina na sajtu www.ticketline.rs smatra vidom obaveštavanja o tome. U slučaju da nekome klijentu ne odgovara novi termin, Ticketline nema obavezu vršenja refundacije novca, već se za to klijenti moraju obratiti Organizatoru.

Član 13

Kupovina ulaznica preko prodajnih mesta Tickeline-a je obavezujuća i kupac ne može odustati od izvršene kupovine u smislu člana 36 stav 1 tačka 12 Zakona o zaštiti potrošača ("Sl. glasnik RS", br. 88/2021), s obzirom na to da Ticketline prodajom ulaznica pruža usluge povezane sa slobodnim aktivnostima koje se odvijaju u tačno određeno vreme odnosno u određenom periodu (odnosno za koje postoji konkretni rok ili period izvršenja). U skladu sa članom 26. stav 1. tačka 6. Zakona o zaštiti potrošača kupac prihvatanjem ovih Uslova korišćenja izričito izjavljuje da je obavešten od strane Ticketline-a da ne može da koristi pravo na odustanak od ugovora, na šta kupac pristaje.
Kupovina ulaznica na Internet prodavnici je obavezujuća i kupac ne može odustati od izvršene kupovine u smislu člana 36. stav 1 tačke 12 i 13 Zakona o zaštiti potrošača, s obzirom na to da Ticketline prodajom ulaznica pruža usluge povezane sa slobodnim aktivnostima koje se odvijaju u tačno određeno vreme odnosno u određenom periodu (odnosno za koje postoji konkretni rok ili period izvršenja), kao i da je reč o isporuci digitalnog sadržaja u vidu PDF ulaznica (E-ticket i M-ticket). U skladu sa članom 36 stav 1 tačka 13 i članom 26. stav 1. tačka 6 Zakona o zaštiti potrošača, kupac prihvatanjem ovih Uslova korišćenja izričito izjavljuje da je obavešten od strane Ticketline-a da ne može koristiti pravo na odustanak od ugovora, na šta kupac pristaje.

Član 14

Kupljena ulaznica se ne može vratiti ili zameniti, osim u slučaju otkazivanja Događaja. Ulaznica nije ujedno i fiskalni račun. Fiskalni račun se mora čuvati do završetka Događaja u slučaju eventualne potrebe za refundacijom novca. U slučaju refundacije, neophodno je dostaviti ulaznicu koja se vraća, kao i fiskalni račun. U suprotnom, neće biti moguće izvršiti povraćaj novca. Organizator donosi odluku o načinu i dinamici povraćaja novca od kupljene ulaznice na osnovu svojih internih pravila. Ticketing nema obavezu povraćaja novca u slučaju otkazivanja Događaja ukoliko je novac od prodaje već uplaćen na račun Organizatora. U tom slučaju, Organizator ima obavezu da izvrši refundaciju novca. Ticketing nema obavezu snošenja bilo kakvih troškova koji za Kupca mogu nastati zbog otkazivanja ili pomeranja datuma održavanja Događaja. Refundacija novca se vrši na nominalnu vrednost ulaznica. Kupcu neće biti izvršen povraćaj troškova obrade, budući da se usluga Ticketline smatra u celosti pruženom u trenutku kupovine ulaznice, o čemu je kupac obavešten i na šta pristaje.
U slučaju bilo kakvih problema ili otkazivanja Događaja, o uslovima povraćaja možete se informisati putem regularnih Ticketline kanala informisanja: putem telefona na broj +381 11 2030570, mejlom na adresu office@ticketline.rs ili na veb stranici www.ticketline.rs.

Član 15

U slučaju da Vam se na ulazima ne očita PDF ulaznica zbog loše štampe, neadekvatne rezolucije, neinstaliranog PDF čitača ili bilo kog drugog razloga zbog kojeg nije moguće očitati barkod, pa samim tim ne uđete na Događaj, Ticketline ne snosi odgovornost za nastalu situaciju i nije obavezan da Vam refundira novac za Događaj.

Član 16

Visoke temperature, jaka svetlost i plastificiranje mogu oštetiti ulaznicu.
Grebanje sezonskih/članskih kartica i druga fizička oštećenja mogu trajno oštetiti barkod na kartici.
Ulaznice i sezonske/članske kartice se moraju čuvati u skladu sa pravilima termo i folijske štampe.
U slučaju bilo kakvog oštećenja sezonske/članske kartice odgovornost i troškove zamene (po važećem cenovniku u momentu zamene) snosi kupac.
Dnevne ulaznice se ne mogu menjati.

Član 17

Opšti uslovi poslovanja su objavljeni na internet adresi Ticketing-a i smatra se da je Kupac momentom pritiska na dugme “Naruči” potvrdio da je upoznat sa ovim uslovima i da je saglasan sa njihovom primenom.

Član 18

Opšti uslovi poslovanja kao i njihove izmene i dopune stupaju na snagu momentom objavljivanja na internet adresi Ticketing-a. Ticketing zadržava pravo promene Opštih uslova poslovanja.

Član 19

Za sve sporove koji mogu nastati između Kupca i Ticketing-a, a koji se ne mogu rešiti vansudskim rešavanjem sporova, nadležan je sud u Beogradu.



Posebni uslovi poslovanja


Član 1

Posebni uslovi poslovanja, predstavljaju dodatak opštim uslovima poslovanja i čine osnovu za sklapanje dodatka Ugovora o prodaji ulaznica za sportske, muzičke i druge kulturne događaje (u daljem tekstu: Događaje), između Ticketing d.o.o. iz Beograda (u daljem tekstu: Ticketing) i kupca ulaznica za Događaje (u daljem tekstu: Kupac).

Član 2

Politika privatnosti reguliše praksu prikupljanja informacija od korisnika prilikom korišćenja internet stranice http//www.ticketline.rs, kao i njihovo skladištenje u bazama podataka Ticketing-a. Naša politika privatnosti obuhvata razloge kako i zašto sakupljamo, koristimo i štitimo Vaše lične podatke.
Zadržavamo diskreciono pravo da ovu Politiku privatnosti možemo izmeniti u svako doba i da tako izmenjen tekst postane važeći odmah po objavi istog na Web sajtu.

Nastavak Vašeg korišćenja Web sajta nakon izmena, podrazumeva da prihvatate sve uslove tako izmenjene Politike privatnosti. Stoga savetujemo korisnike da periodično ponovo detaljno pročitaju informacije sadržane u Politici privatnosti, kako bi bili informisani o eventualnim promenama.

Član 3

Tokom Vaše posete sajtu možemo prikupiti Vaše lične podatke koje su neophodne da podesite svoj nalog, u svrhu naplate ili isporuke Vaše robe. Vaše lične podatke koristimo isključivo i samo kako bi nam omogućili da Vam obezbedimo proizvode i usluge koje želite radi zadovoljenja Vaših zahteva ili da Vam prilagodimo našu ponudu, tj. da je personalizujemo, unapredili rad Web sajta, osigurali proveru administrativnih zadataka, uspostavili kontakt sa Vama, poboljšali naše oglašivačke i promotivne rezultate i poboljšali našu ponudu proizvoda ili usluga na tržištu, kao i u svrhu saradnje sa institucijama odgovornim za sprovođenje zakona.

Mi ne prodajemo i ne iznajmljujemo Vaše lične podatke trećim licima, za njihove markentiške potrebe a da prethodno nismo Vama dali mogućnost da tu opciju isključite. Međutim, mi možemo otkriti Vaše podatke našim poslovnim jedinicama i partnerima, koji su deo ove Politike privatnosti. Nikada i ni pod kojim uslovima nećemo zloupotrebiti Vaše lične podatke.

Član 4

Ticketing kao prodavac proizvoda i usluga na Web sajtu ulaže maksimalne napore radi zaštite Vaše privatnosti kad ste "online" kao korisnik. Vaše lične informacije se čuvaju na siguran i poverljiv način, i obrađuju na zakonit način u skladu sa ovom politikom privatnosti. Preduzimamo odgovarajuće tehničke i organizacione mere radi zaštite od naovlašćenog i nezakonitog pristupa i obrade Vaših ličnih podataka, uključujući i enkripciju Vaših informacija. Mi ćemo Vaše informacije zadržati onoliko dugo koliko je potrebno da obradimo Vaš nalog, Vaše plaćanje, odradimo refundaciju sredstava, odgovorimo na žalbu ili pružimo Vam promotivne informacije na koje ste se prijavili.

Član 5

Kolačić (cookie) je informacija sačuvana na Vašem računaru od strane internet stranice koju posetite. Kolačići obično čuvaju Vaša podešavanja, postavke za internet stranicu, kao što su preferirani jezik ili adresa. Kasnije, kada opet otvorite istu internet stranicu internet pregledač šalje natrag kolačiće koji pripadaju toj stranici. Ovo omogućava stranici da Vas prepozna i prikaže informacije prilagođene Vašim potrebama. Ukoliko ne želite da naš Web sajt ima pristup Vašim kolačićima, možete ih blokirati. Većina web browsera Vam omogućava da blokirate kolačiće. To možete uraditi putem podešavanja Vašeg web browsera.

Član 6

U ime Ticketing-a obavezujemo se da ćemo čuvati privatnost svih naših Kupaca. Prikupljamo samo neophodne podatke o Kupcima/korisnicima i podatke neophodne za poslovanje i informisanje korisnika u skladu sa dobrim poslovnim običajima i u cilju pružanja kvalitetne usluge. Kada su u pitanju sportski događaji prikupljamo neophodne podatke u skladu sa Zakonom o sprečavanju nasilja i nedoličnog ponašanja na sportskim priredbama Republike Srbije. Dajemo kupcima mogućnost izbora uključujući mogućnost odluke da li žele ili ne da se izbrišu sa mailing lista koje se koriste za marketinške kampanje. Svi podaci o Kupcima se strogo čuvaju i dostupni su samo zaposlenima kojima su ti podaci nužni za obavljanje posla. Svi zaposleni u Ticketing-u (i poslovni partneri/poslovnice) odgovorni su za poštovanje načela zaštite privatnosti. Ticketing radi u ime i za račun Organizatora. Korisnik prihvata da, u skladu sa pravnim odredbama, njegovi podaci mogu biti prosleđeni Organizatoru događaja za koji su ulaznice kupljene ili nekom drugom nadležnom organu u skladu sa Zakonima RS.

Član 7

Plaćanje proizvoda na našoj internet prodavnici je moguće izvršiti na jedan od sledećih načina: platnim karticama - VISA, Maestro ili MasterCard koje podržavaju plaćanje preko Interneta. Plaćanje karticama je realizovano u saradnji sa AllSecure doo i AikBank i obavlja se na bezbedan i sertifikovan način preko AllSecure Paymet Gateway-a, jednostavnim unosom podataka sa platne kartice.

Nakon što se unesu podaci o kartici i potvrdi plaćanje, banka autorizuje transakciju i time je porudžbina odobrena i ulazi u dalji proces pripreme za isporuku. Iznos će biti rezervisan na vašoj kartici (računu) i neće Vam biti raspoloživ za drugu namenu.

Proverite kod banke koja je karticu izdala da li Vaša kartica podržava plaćanje preko Interneta.

Član 8

Prilikom unošenja podataka o platnoj kartici, poverljive informacije se prenose putem javne mreže u zaštićenoj (kriptovanoj) formi upotrebom SSL protokola, primenom najsavremenijih metoda tokenizacije osetljivih podataka, i u skladu sa PCI-DSS standardima. Niti jednog trenutka podaci o platnoj kartici nisu dostupni Ticketing-u.

3D Secure zaštita za sve trgovce i kupce - AllSecure Payment Gateway koristi najviše globalne standarde zaštite i privatnosti podataka. Svi trgovci koji koriste AllSecure Payment Gateway su automatski uključeni u 3D-Secure zaštitu, čime se kupcima garantuje bezbednost kupovine. Brojevi platnih kartica kupaca se ne čuvaju na sistemu trgovca, a sami upis se štiti SSL enkripcijom podataka.

PCI DSS Standardi - AllSecure Payment Gateway se konstantno usaglašava sa svim zahtevima kartičarskih organizacija u cilju povećanja nivoa bezbednosti trgovaca i kupaca. Od 2005 godine do danas, bez prekida, sistem je sertifikovan kao PCI-DSS Level 1 što predstavlja najviši standard u industriji. PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) je norma koja definiše neophodne mere bezbednosti pri obradi, čuvanju i prenošenju osetljivih kartičarskih podataka. PCI Standardima se štite osetljivi podaci o korisniku kartice tokom celog procesa plaćanja: od momenta unosa podataka na prodajnom mestu trgovca, tokom komunikacija između trgovca i relevantnih banaka i kartičarskih organizacija, kao i kasnije čuvanje tih podataka.

Član 9

Kada se podaci o kartici kupca, na njegov zahtev ili odlukom trgovca TOKENIZUJU, (sačuvaju na sertifikovan način za kasnije korišćenje), ti podaci se čuvaju na AllSecure PCI-DSS level 1 sertifikovanim serverima. Tako tokenizovani kartični podaci se prenose na potpuno bezbedan i sertifikovan način. Ticketing ni u jednom trenutku nema pristup podacima o broju kartice i drugim osetljivim podacima, već dobija referentni broj (token) koji samo on može koristiti u skladu sa uslovima ugovorenim sa Kupcem. Kupac ima mogućnost deregistracije prethodno registrovane kartice, kao i promene detalja ranije tokenizovane kartice.

Član 10

"Izjava o konverzijama - Sva plaćanja će biti obavljenima u dinarima (RSD). Ukoliko se plaća platnim karticama inostranih Banaka izdavalaca, dinarski iznos transakcije će biti konvertovan u settlement valutu Banke (EUR) prema kursu Narodne Banke Srbije. Pri zaduživanju Vaše platne kartice, već konvertovan iznos će se konvertovati u Vašu lokalnu valutu, prema kursu koji primenjuju operatori platnih kartica."

Član 11

"Sva plaćanja biće izvršena u lokalnoj valuti Republike Srbije – dinar (RSD).Za informativni prikaz cena u drugim valutama koristi se srednji kurs Narodne Banke Srbije. Iznos za koji će biti zadužena Vaša platna kartica biće izražen u Vašoj lokalnoj valuti kroz konverziju u istu po kursu koji koriste kartičarske organizacije, a koji nama u trenutku transakcije ne može biti poznat. Kao rezultat ove konverzije postoji mogućnost neznatne razlike od originalne cene navedene na našem sajtu."

Član 12

U slučaju otkazivanja Događaja i povraćaja novca, Kupcu koji je, koristeći online plaćanje, prethodno platio nekom od platnih kartica, delimično ili u celosti, a bez obzira na razlog vraćanja, taj povraćaj se vrši isključivo preko iste VISA, Maestro ili MasterCard kartice koja je korišćena za plaćanje. Ovo znači da će naša banka na naš zahtev obaviti povraćaj sredstava na račun korisnika kartice. Refundacija novca se vrši na nominalnu vrednost ulaznica.

Član 13

Ticketing ne preuzima nikakvu odgovornost za greške kupaca, proizvode pogrešno kupljene ili bilo koje druge greške koje se odnose na Vaše postupke prilikom kupovine na Web sajtu.



DOPUNA OPŠTIH ODREDBI I USLOVA PRODAJE ULAZNICA NA UTAKMICAMA SUPER LIGE I PRVE LIGE SRBIJE

Član 1

Prikupljanje i/ili prenos i/ili proizvodnja i/ili širenje bilo koje informacije ili podataka u vezi sa utakmicom, ponašanjem ili bilo kojim drugim faktorom u bilo kojoj igri, ili bilo koja vrsta snimanja bilo kog audio, video ili audio-vizuelnog materijala u bilo kojoj igri (bilo korišćenjem elektronskih uređaja ili na drugi način) u svrhe bilo kog oblika klađenja, kockanja ili komercijalnih aktivnosti koje nisu unapred odobrene ili u bilo koje druge svrhe koje krše ove odredbe i uslove, strogo je zabranjeno na stadionu, osim gde je ovlašćenje ili dozvola izričito data od strane Lige i Kluba. Mobilni telefoni se mogu koristiti samo za ličnu, privatnu upotrebu. U slučaju kršenja ovih odredbi i uslova, posetiocima može biti odbijen pristup ili mogu biti udaljeni sa stadiona.



OPŠTI USLOVI KUPOVINE SEZONSKIH ULAZNICA | FK Partizan

Kupovina sezonskih ulaznica za sezonu 2024/25 Fudbalskog kluba Partizan reguliše se sledećim uslovima. Kupac sezonske ulaznice prihvata sve navedene odredbe i obavezuje se na njihovo poštovanje.

Sezonska ulaznica važi za sve domaće utakmice koje FK Partizan organizuje na svom stadionu tokom takmičarske sezone 2024/25, uključujući utakmice Mozzart Bet Super Lige Srbije i Kup utakmice pod okriljem Fudbalskog saveza Srbije, osim za finalne utakmice. Sezonske ulaznice su neprenosive i registrovane na ime kupca, u skladu sa pravilnicima o identifikaciji gledalaca na sportskim događajima.

Pravo povrata i zamene sezonskih ulaznica

Sezonske ulaznice se ne mogu vratiti niti zameniti nakon završene kupovine. Bez obzira na okolnosti koje mogu nastati, uključujući promene u rasporedu utakmica, nemogućnost prisustva utakmicama, lične razloge ili druge nepredviđene situacije, klub zadržava pravo na nepromenljivost uslova kupovine.

Odgovornost za izgubljene, ukradene ili oštećene ulaznice

Fudbalski klub Partizan ne snosi odgovornost za sezonske ulaznice koje su izgubljene, ukradene ili oštećene. Kupac je dužan da čuva ulaznicu kao lični dokument i da je koristi u skladu sa pravilima navedenim u ovom dokumentu. U slučaju gubitka ili krađe moguće je izdavanje duplikata sezonske kartice. Potrebno je na Ticketline prodajnom mestu podneti zahtev za reizdavanje sezonske ulaznice, a troškove reizdavanja, u skladu sa cenovnom politikom Ticketline-a, snosi vlasnik ulaznice. Iz tehničkih razloga reizdavanje sezonskih ulaznica nije moguće 48 sati pre odigravanja bilo koje od utakmica u toku jednog prvenstva.

Korišćenje ulaznica

Sezonska ulaznica važi isključivo za utakmice navedene u rasporedu i ne može se koristiti za druge svrhe. Klub zadržava pravo da izmeni raspored utakmica bez prethodne najave, u skladu sa organizacionim potrebama ili odlukama nadležnih organa. Kupci ulaznica su dužni da poštuju pravila ponašanja na stadionu i bezbednosne protokole, u skladu sa Zakonom o bezbednosti na sportskim priredbama.

Posebni uslovi za vlasnike prethodnih sezonskih ulaznica

Stare sezonske ulaznice za sezonu 2024/25 i dalje važe bez ikakvih ograničenja. Vlasnicima ovih ulaznica omogućena je besplatna zamena za nove sezonske ulaznice, uz zadržavanje postojećeg mesta. Osim toga, za njih će važiti posebni uslovi i pogodnosti pri kupovini sezonskih ulaznica za novu sezonu. Svi zahtevi za zamenu ili ostvarivanje pogodnosti moraju biti podneti Ticketing službi pre početka nove polusezone.

Reklamacije i ograničenje odgovornosti

Reklamacije vezane za sezonske ulaznice mogu se podneti isključivo putem zvanične Ticketing službe FK Partizan. Klub nije odgovoran za kašnjenja u dostavi ulaznica, tehničke greške ili okolnosti van njegove kontrole, uključujući otkazivanje utakmica zbog viših sila (pandemije, vremenskih nepogoda, ili pravnih zabrana).

Završne odredbe

Kupovina sezonske ulaznice podrazumeva prihvatanje svih navedenih uslova. FK Partizan zadržava pravo izmene opštih uslova kupovine bez prethodne najave, pri čemu će kupci biti obavešteni putem zvaničnih kanala komunikacije kluba.

FROM BELGRADE (HEREINAFTER: TICKETING) AND THE BUYER OF TICKETS FOR EVENTS (HEREINAFTER: BUYER).

ARTICLE 2

TICKETING PERFORMS THE SERVICE OF SELLING TICKETS FOR INDIVIDUAL EVENTS ON BEHALF AND FOR THE ACCOUNT OF THE ORGANIZER OF THE EVENT (HEREINAFTER: ORGANIZER).
TICKETING D.O.O.BELGRADE (HEREINAFTER: „TICKETLINE“) IS NOT THE ORGANIZER OF THE OFFERED EVENTS, WHICH IS WHY IT BEARS NO RESPONSIBILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE ORGANIZATION AND/OR MAINTENANCE OF THE EVENT, AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUNDS.

ARTICLE 3

TICKETS FOR EVENTS CAN BE ORDERED BY PHONE, ONLINE OR IN PERSON. THE ORDER IS FIXED AND BINDING AND CANNOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED. MANDATORY ELEMENTS OF THE ORDER ARE: FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, CONTACT PHONE NUMBER, AND E-MAIL ADDRESS. FOR SPORTS EVENTS, THE IDENTIFICATION/PERSONAL NUMBER IS ALSO A MANDATORY ELEMENT OF THE ORDER IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 13 OF THE LAW ON THE PREVENTION OF VIOLENCE AND MISBEHAVIOR AT SPORTS EVENTS OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA. TICKETING RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADJUST THE MANDATORY ELEMENTS OF THE ORDER ACCORDING TO NEEDS.

ARTICLE 4

THE CUSTOMER GUARANTEES THE ACCURACY AND TRUTHFULNESS OF THE DATA FROM THE PREVIOUS ARTICLE. IF THE BUYER PROVIDES INCORRECT OR FALSE INFORMATION IN THE ORDER, THE BUYER BEARS ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONSEQUENCES THAT ARISE AS A RESULT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE POSITIVE REGULATIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA. TICKETING IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE CUSTOMER TO THIRD PARTIES THROUGH ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR. TICKETING IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE VIOLATION OF THE CUSTOMER'S RIGHT TO PRIVACY AND SECURITY COMMITTED ON THE INTERNET BY A THIRD PARTY. TICKETING IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE CUSTOMER OR A THIRD PARTY AS A RESULT OF A BREACH OF THE CUSTOMER'S OBLIGATION TO KEEP THE DATA CONFIDENTIAL ABOUT THE CONTENT OF THE DATA FROM ITS ORDER.

ARTICLE 5

An order via the Internet becomes binding for the Customer at the moment of pressing the "Order" button, and for Ticketing at the moment of assigning the transaction number, which is automatically displayed in the last step of the ordering process. Ticketing automatically sends confirmation of the completed order to the Customer via e-mail. After ordering, you will be informed about the status of your order via the email you provided during the ordering process. The order is accepted by Ticketing only after we send you a confirmation of acceptance by e-mail.

If the Customer's e-mail address is incorrect, and it is registered as such on the Ticketing server, Ticketing does not guarantee the correct performance of the ordering procedure.

ARTICLE 6

THE CLIENT IS AWARE OF AND AGREES WITH THE FACT THAT WHEN CHOOSING THE OPTION TO MAKE AN ONLINE PAYMENT, IN THE CASE WHEN A PLACE IS SELECTED IN THE RESERVATION PROCESS, AND THE CLIENT RECEIVES THAT MESSAGE BY EMAIL, AND THE PAYMENT IS NOT MADE FOR ANY REASON, TICKETLINE HAS NO OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE TO THE CLIENT THAT TICKET, BECAUSE THIS TYPE OF SEAT SELECTION IS NOT CONSIDERED A SUCCESSFUL RESERVATION, SO THE SELECTED SEATS ARE RETURNED TO FREE SALE.

ARTICLE 7

SEATS FOR INDIVIDUAL EVENTS ARE ASSIGNED ACCORDING TO THE PRINCIPLE OF THE BEST AVAILABLE SEATS AT THE TIME OF ORDERING, IF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO CHOOSE HIS SEAT DIRECTLY FROM THE SEATING PLAN VIA THE INTERNET.

ARTICLE 8

THE PURCHASED TICKET MUST BE PAID FOR AND COLLECTED BY THE CUSTOMER WITHIN THE TIME INDICATED ON THE ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHICH IS DISPLAYED TOGETHER WITH THE TRANSACTION NUMBER. THE DEADLINE IS CALCULATED FROM THE MOMENT OF ORDERING THE TICKETS, BUT THE SAME DOES NOT APPLY BEYOND THE INDICATED DATE OF THE START OF AN EVENT. ALL TICKET ORDERS MADE 24 HOURS BEFORE THE START OF AN EVENT ARE NOT VALID, REGARDLESS OF THE INFORMATION THAT THE CUSTOMER RECEIVES AUTOMATICALLY IN THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL OF THE ORDER. IN CASE THE LAST DAY OF THE DEADLINE IS A SUNDAY OR A HOLIDAY, THE LAST DAY OF THE DEADLINE IS THE FIRST FOLLOWING WORKING DAY. IF THE BUYER DOES NOT PICK UP THE TICKET WITHIN THE AGREED TIME, IT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED AND RETURNED TO SALE WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE. IN THAT CASE, THE CUSTOMER LOSES ALL RIGHTS THAT AROSE FROM THE ORDERING PROCESS. PAYMENT CAN BE MADE IN CASH, CARD OR CITIZEN'S CHECK.

ARTICLE 9

THE DEADLINE FOR SENDING TICKETS FOR DELIVERY IS UP TO 15 WORKING DAYS, AFTER RECEIVING FROM THE CUSTOMER ALL THE CORRECT DATA NECESSARY FOR SENDING VIA AN EXTERNAL COURIER SERVICE. TICKETLINE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR POSSIBLE DELAYS AND PROBLEMS IN THE DELIVERY OF THE SHIPMENT AFTER HANDING IT OVER TO THE COURIER SERVICE.

ARTICLE 10

IN ADDITION TO THE VALUE OF THE TICKETS, THE FINAL CALCULATION VALUE OF THE PAYMENT TRANSACTION ALSO INCLUDES THE COSTS OF USING THE TICKETING D.O.O. SERVICE. RESERVATION SYSTEM, AS WELL AS POSSIBLE COSTS OF TICKET DELIVERY SERVICES TO THE DESIRED ADDRESS, WHICH ARE CALCULATED DEPENDING ON THE SELECTED OPTIONS, AND ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BUSINESS AND PRICE POLICY OF TICKETING D.O.O. IN THE CASE OF ONLINE PAYMENT, PROCESSING COSTS VIA THE ONLINE STORE ARE CALCULATED AT THE ORDER LEVEL AND COVER THE NECESSARY ADMINISTRATIVE AND OTHER OPERATING COSTS OF BUSINESS PARTNERS WITH WHOM TICKETING D.O.O. HAS A CONTRACT AND FROM WHICH WE RENT THE SERVICES OF USING ONLINE SERVICES. THE TOTAL VALUE OF THE ORDER IS THE VALUE THAT THE BUYER HAS TO PAY AND FOR WHICH THE BUYER HAS NO ADDITIONAL COSTS, PROVIDED THAT THE REQUIREMENTS FROM THE ORDER HAVE NOT CHANGED OR THERE HAS BEEN NO CANCELLATION OF THE DELIVERY TO THE DESIRED ADDRESS, AND NO REPETITION OF THE DELIVERY REQUEST. ALL CHANGES AND ADDITIONS TO THE INITIAL ORDER ARE CONSIDERED A NEW ORDER, WHICH ARE CHARGED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRICING POLICY OF TICKETING D.O.O.

ARTICLE 11

THE PURCHASED TICKET IS VALID EXCLUSIVELY FOR 1 (ONE) PERSON, IF WHEN ORDERING TICKETS, THE TICKET ITSELF IS NOT DEFINED AS A COLLECTIVE TICKET, I.E. TICKET VALID FOR A LARGER NUMBER OF PEOPLE.
THE TICKET ALLOWS ONE ENTRY TO THE EVENT AND UPON LEAVING THE EVENT VENUE, THE TICKET CEASES TO BE VALID, IF THE TICKET WAS NOT DEFINED FOR A LARGER NUMBER OF ENTRIES WHEN PURCHASING THE TICKET.
FORGING TICKETS IS PUNISHABLE BY LAW. IN CASE OF MISUSE OF THE TICKET, IT WILL BE PERMANENTLY CONFISCATED, AND THE VISITOR WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE EVENT.

ARTICLE 12

IN THE EVENT OF A CHANGE IN THE DATE OF ANY EVENT FROM OUR OFFER, TICKETLINE IS NOT OBLIGED TO NOTIFY ALL ITS CUSTOMERS INDIVIDUALLY, BUT THE CHANGE OF DATE ITSELF ON THE WEBSITE WWW.TICKETLINE.RS IS CONSIDERED A FORM OF NOTIFICATION. IN THE EVENT THAT A CLIENT DOES NOT LIKE THE NEW DATE, TICKETLINE HAS NO OBLIGATION TO REFUND THE MONEY, BUT CLIENTS MUST CONTACT THE ORGANIZER FOR THIS.

ARTICLE 13

THE PURCHASE OF TICKETS THROUGH TICKETLINE POINTS OF SALE IS BINDING AND THE CUSTOMER CANNOT WITHDRAW FROM THE PURCHASE IN THE SENSE OF ARTICLE 36 PARAGRAPH 1 ITEM 12 OF THE LAW ON CONSUMER PROTECTION („OFFICIAL GAZZETTE OF RS“, NO.88/2021), CONSIDERING THAT BY SELLING TICKETS, TICKETLINE PROVIDES SERVICES RELATED TO LEISURE ACTIVITIES THAT TAKE PLACE AT A SPECIFIC TIME, I.E. IN A SPECIFIC PERIOD (THAT IS, FOR WHICH THERE IS A SPECIFIC DEADLINE OR PERIOD OF EXECUTION). IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 26, PARAGRAPH 1, ITEM 6 OF THE LAW ON CONSUMER PROTECTION, BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS OF USE, THE CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY DECLARES THAT HE HAS BEEN INFORMED BY TICKETLINE THAT HE CANNOT USE THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT, TO WHICH THE CUSTOMER AGREES.
THE PURCHASE OF TICKETS ON THE INTERNET STORE IS BINDING AND THE CUSTOMER CANNOT WITHDRAW FROM THE PURCHASE IN THE SENSE OF ARTICLE 36 PARAGRAPH 1, ITEMS 12 AND 13 OF THE LAW ON CONSUMER PROTECTION, GIVEN THAT TICKETLINE, BY SELLING TICKETS, PROVIDES SERVICES RELATED TO LEISURE ACTIVITIES THAT TAKE PLACE AT A SPECIFIC TIME, I.E. IN A SPECIFIC PERIOD (THAT IS, FOR WHICH THERE IS A SPECIFIC DEADLINE OR PERIOD OF EXECUTION), AS WELL AS THAT IT IS ABOUT THE DELIVERY OF DIGITAL CONTENT IN THE FORM OF PDF TICKETS. IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 36, PARAGRAPH 1, ITEM 13 AND ARTICLE 26 PARAGRAPH 1 ITEM 6 OF THE LAW ON CONSUMER PROTECTION, BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS OF USE, THE CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY DECLARES THAT HE HAS BEEN INFORMED BY TICKETLINE THAT HE CANNOT USE THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT, TO WHICH THE CUSTOMER AGREES.

ARTICLE 14

THE PURCHASED TICKET CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, EXCEPT IN CASE OF EVENT CANCELLATION.

THE TICKET IS NOT A FISCAL RECEIPT. THE FISCAL RECEIPT MUST BE KEPT UNTIL THE END OF THE EVENT IN CASE OF ANY NEED FOR A REFUND.

IN THE CASE OF A REFUND, IT IS NECESSARY TO SUBMIT THE REFUNDABLE TICKET, AS WELL AS THE FISCAL INVOICE. OTHERWISE, IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO ISSUE A REFUND. THE ORGANIZER MAKES A DECISION ON THE METHOD AND DYNAMICS OF THE REFUND OF THE PURCHASED TICKET BASED ON ITS INTERNAL RULES. TICKETING HAS NO OBLIGATION TO REFUND MONEY IN CASE OF EVENT CANCELLATION IF THE MONEY FROM THE SALE HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID TO THE ORGANIZER'S ACCOUNT. IN THAT CASE, THE ORGANIZER IS OBLIGED TO REFUND THE MONEY. TICKETING HAS NO OBLIGATION TO BEAR ANY COSTS THAT MAY ARISE FOR THE CUSTOMER DUE TO THE CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF THE DATE OF THE EVENT. REFUNDS ARE MADE AT THE NOMINAL VALUE OF THE TICKETS.

PROCESSING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED TO THE CUSTOMER, SINCE THE TICKETLINE SERVICE IS CONSIDERED FULLY PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF TICKET PURCHASE, WHICH THE CUSTOMER IS INFORMED ABOUT AND AGREES TO.

IN CASE OF ANY PROBLEMS OR CANCELLATION OF THE EVENTS, YOU CAN FIND OUT ABOUT THE REFUND CONDITIONS THROUGH REGULAR TICKETLINE INFORMATION CHANNELS: BY PHONE AT +381 11 2030570, BY EMAIL AT OFFICE@TICKETLINE.RS OR ON THE WEBSITE WWW.TICKETLINE.RS.

ARTICLE 15

IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR PDF TICKET IS NOT READ AT THE ENTRANCE DUE TO POOR PRINTING, INADEQUATE RESOLUTION, AN UNINSTALLED PDF READER OR ANY OTHER REASON FOR WHICH IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO READ THE BARCODE, AND THEREFORE YOU DO NOT ENTER THE EVENT, TICKETLINE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SITUATION AND IS NOT OBLIGATED TO REFUND YOU FOR THE EVENT.

ARTICLE 16

HIGH TEMPERATURES, STRONG LIGHT AND PLASTICIZING CAN DAMAGE THE TICKET.
SCRATCHING SEASON/MEMBERSHIP CARDS AND OTHER PHYSICAL DAMAGE CAN PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE BARCODE ON THE CARD.
TICKETS AND SEASON/MEMBERSHIP CARDS MUST BE STORED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES OF THERMAL AND FOIL PRINTING.
IN CASE OF ANY DAMAGE TO THE SEASON/MEMBERSHIP CARD, RESPONSIBILITY AND REPLACEMENT COSTS (ACCORDING TO THE VALID PRICE LIST AT THE TIME OF REPLACEMENT) ARE BORNE BY THE BUYER. DAILY TICKETS CANNOT BE CHANGED.

ARTICLE 17

THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE PUBLISHED ON THE TICKETING WEBSITE, AND IT IS CONSIDERED THAT THE MOMENT THE CUSTOMER CLICKS ON THE "ORDER" BUTTON, HE HAS CONFIRMED THAT HE IS FAMILIAR WITH THESE TERMS AND THAT HE AGREES WITH THEIR APPLICATION.

ARTICLE 18

THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AS WELL AS THEIR AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS, ENTER INTO FORCE AT THE MOMENT OF THEIR PUBLICATION ON THE TICKETING WEBSITE. TICKETING RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

ARTICLE 19

FOR ALL DISPUTES THAT MAY ARISE BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND TICKETING, WHICH CANNOT BE RESOLVED BY OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION, THE JURISDICTION OF THE COURT IN BELGRADE IS COMPETENT.



SPECIAL TERMS

ARTICLE 1

The special terms are an addition to the general terms of business and form the basis for concluding an addendum to the Agreement on the sale of tickets for sports, music and other cultural events (hereinafter: Events), between Ticketing d.o.o. from Belgrade (hereinafter: Ticketing) and the purchaser of tickets for the Events (hereinafter: Buyer).

ARTICLE 2

The privacy policy regulates the practice of collecting information from users when using the http//www.ticketline.rs website, as well as their storage in Ticketing's databases. Our privacy policy covers how and why we collect, use and protect your personal information.

We reserve the discretion to amend this Privacy Policy at any time and for the amended text to become effective immediately upon its publication on the Website.

Your continued use of the website after the changes implies that you accept all the terms of the amended Privacy Policy. Therefore, we advise users to periodically re-read the information contained in the Privacy Policy in detail, in order to be informed of possible changes.

ARTICLE 3

During your visit to the site, we may collect your personal data that is necessary to set up your account, for the purpose of billing or delivery of your goods. We use your personal data exclusively and only to enable us to provide you with the products and services you want in order to satisfy your requirements or to adapt our offer to you, i.e. to personalize it, improve the operation of the website, ensure the verification of administrative tasks, establish contact with you, improve our advertising and promotional results and improve our offer of products or services on the market, as well as for the purpose of cooperation with institutions responsible for law enforcement.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties, for their marketing needs, without first giving you the opportunity to turn off that option. However, we may disclose your information to our business units and partners, which are part of this Privacy Policy. We will never misuse your personal data under any circumstances.

ARTICLE 4

Ticketing, as a seller of products and services on the website, makes maximum efforts to protect your privacy when you are "online" as a user. Your personal information is stored securely and confidentially, and processed lawfully in accordance with this privacy policy. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against authorized and illegal access and processing of your personal data, including encryption of your information. We will retain your information for as long as necessary to process your account, your payment, issue a refund, respond to a complaint, or provide you with promotional information that you have signed up for.

ARTICLE 5

A cookie is information stored on your computer by the website you visit. Cookies usually store your settings, settings for the website, such as your preferred language or address. Later, when you open the same internet page again, the internet browser sends back the cookies that belong to that page. ARTICLE 6

On behalf of Ticketing, we undertake to protect the privacy of all our Customers. We collect only the necessary data about customers/users and the data necessary for business operations and user information in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide quality service. When it comes to sports events, we collect the necessary data in accordance with the Law on Prevention of Violence and Misbehavior at Sports Events of the Republic of Serbia. We give customers choices including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All Ticketing employees (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection. Ticketing works in the name and on behalf of the Organizer. The user accepts that, in accordance with legal provisions, his data may be forwarded to the Organizer of the event for which the tickets were purchased or to some other competent authority in accordance with the Laws of the RS.

ARTICLE 7

Payment for products on our online store can be made in one of the following ways: with payment cards - VISA, Maestro or MasterCard that support payment via the Internet. Payment by cards is realized in cooperation with AllSecure doo and AikBank and is done in a safe and certified way through the AllSecure Paymet Gateway, by simply entering data from the payment card.

After entering the card details and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction and thus the order is approved and enters the further process of preparation for delivery. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for any other purpose.

Check with the bank that issued the card whether your card supports payment via the Internet.

ARTICLE 8

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol, using the most modern methods of tokenization of sensitive data, and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. At no time are the payment card details available to Ticketing. 3D Secure protection for all merchants and customers - AllSecure Payment Gateway uses the highest global standards of data protection and privacy. All merchants using the AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in 3D-Secure protection, thus guaranteeing the security of purchases to customers. Customers' payment card numbers are not stored on the merchant's system, and the registration itself is protected by SSL data encryption.

PCI DSS Standards - AllSecure Payment Gateway constantly complies with all requirements of card organizations in order to increase the security level of merchants and customers. From 2005 to today, without interruption, the system has been certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, which represents the highest standard in the industry. PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is a norm that defines the necessary security measures for processing, storing and transmitting sensitive card data.

PCI Standards protect sensitive data about the cardholder during the entire payment process: from the moment of data entry at the merchant's point of sale, during communications between the merchant and relevant banks and card organizations, as well as later storage of that data.

ARTICLE 9

When the customer's card data is TOKENIZED (saved in a certified manner for later use), at his request or by the merchant's decision, that data is stored on AllSecure PCI-DSS level 1 certified servers. Card data thus tokenized are transmitted in a completely secure and certified manner. At no time does Ticketing have access to data on the card number and other sensitive data, but receives a reference number (token) that only it can use in accordance with the conditions agreed with the Customer. The customer has the option of deregistering a previously registered card, as well as changing the details of a previously tokenized card.

ARTICLE 10

"Statement on conversions - All payments will be made in dinars (RSD). If payment is made with payment cards of foreign issuing banks, the transaction amount in dinars will be converted into the Bank's settlement currency (EUR) according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When debiting your payment card, the already converted amount will be converted into your local currency, according to the exchange rate applied by payment card operators."

ARTICLE 11

"All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into the same currency at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website."

ARTICLE 12

In case of cancellation of the Event and refund, to the Customer who, using online payment, previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, this refund is made exclusively through the same VISA, Maestro or MasterCard card that was used for payment. This means that our bank will refund the funds to the cardholder's account at our request. Refunds are made at the nominal value of the tickets.

Ticketing assumes no responsibility for customer errors, wrongly purchased products or any other errors related to your actions when purchasing on the Website.

TNE COLLECTION AND/OR TRANSMISSION AND/OR PRODUCTION AND/OR DISSEMINATION OF ANY INFORMATION OR DATA REGARDING MATCH DEVELOPMENTS, CONDUCT OR ANY OTHER FACTOR IN ANY GAME, OR ANY KIND OF RECORDING OF ANY AUDIO, VIDEO OR AUDIO-VISUAL MATERIAL IN ANY GAME (WHETHER BY USE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES OR OTHERWISE) FOR THE PURPOSES OF ANY FORM OF BETTING, GAMBLING OR COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN AUTHORIZED IN ADVANCE OR FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSES THAT VIOLATE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN AT THE STADIUM, EXCEPT WHERE AUTHORIZATION OR PERMISSION IS EXPRESSLY GRANTED BY THE LEAGUE AND THE CLUB. MOBILE PHONES MAY ONLY BE USED FOR PERSONAL, PRIVATE USE. IN THE EVENT OF A BREACH OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, VISITORS MAY BE REFUSED ACCESS TO OR REMOVED FROM THE STADIUM.

General conditions for purchasing season tickets | FC Partizan

THE PURCHASE OF SEASON TICKETS FOR THE 2024/25 SEASON OF PARTIZAN FOOTBALL CLUB IS GOVERNED BY THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS. THE BUYER OF THE SEASON TICKET ACCEPTS ALL THE STATED PROVISIONS AND UNDERTAKES TO COMPLY WITH THEM. THE SEASON TICKET IS VALID FOR ALL HOME MATCHES THAT FC PARTIZAN ORGANIZES AT ITS STADIUM DURING THE 2024/25 COMPETITIVE SEASON, INCLUDING MOZZART BET SUPER LEAGUE OF SERBIA MATCHES AND CUP MATCHES UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION OF SERBIA, EXCEPT FOR THE FINAL MATCHES. SEASON TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND ARE REGISTERED IN THE CUSTOMER'S NAME, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS ON SPECTATOR IDENTIFICATION AT SPORTS EVENTS

The right to return and exchange season tickets

SEASON TICKETS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AFTER PURCHASE. REGARDLESS OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES THAT MAY ARISE, INCLUDING CHANGES IN THE SCHEDULE OF MATCHES, INABILITY TO ATTEND MATCHES, PERSONAL REASONS OR OTHER UNFORESEEN SITUATIONS, THE CLUB RESERVES THE RIGHT FOR UNCHANGED CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE.

Liability for lost, stolen or damaged tickets

FOOTBALL CLUB PARTIZAN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SEASON TICKETS THAT ARE LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED. THE CUSTOMER IS OBLIGED TO KEEP THE TICKET AS A PERSONAL DOCUMENT AND TO USE IT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES SPECIFIED IN THIS DOCUMENT. IN CASE OF LOSS OR THEFT, IT IS POSSIBLE TO ISSUE A DUPLICATE SEASON CARD. IT IS NECESSARY TO SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR THE REISSUANCE OF A SEASON TICKET AT THE TICKETLINE POINT OF SALE, AND THE REISSUANCE COSTS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TICKETLINE PRICE POLICY, ARE HELD BY THE TICKET OWNER. FOR TECHNICAL REASONS, REISSUING OF SEASON TICKETS IS NOT POSSIBLE 48 HOURS BEFORE THE PLAYING OF ANY OF THE MATCHES DURING A CHAMPIONSHIP.

Use of tickets

THE SEASON TICKET IS VALID ONLY FOR THE MATCHES LISTED IN THE SCHEDULE AND CANNOT BE USED FOR OTHER PURPOSES. THE CLUB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE SCHEDULE OF MATCHES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORGANIZATIONAL NEEDS OR DECISIONS OF COMPETENT AUTHORITIES. TICKET BUYERS ARE OBLIGED TO FOLLOW THE RULES OF CONDUCT AT THE STADIUM AND SECURITY PROTOCOLS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW ON SECURITY AT SPORTS EVENTS.

Special conditions for previous season ticket holders

OLD SEASON TICKETS FOR THE 2024/25 SEASON ARE STILL VALID WITHOUT ANY RESTRICTIONS. HOLDERS OF THESE TICKETS CAN EXCHANGE FOR NEW SEASON TICKETS FREE OF CHARGE, WHILE KEEPING THEIR EXISTING SEATS. IN ADDITION, SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS WILL APPLY TO THEM WHEN PURCHASING SEASON TICKETS FOR THE NEW SEASON. ALL REQUESTS FOR EXCHANGE OR BENEFITS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE TICKETING SERVICE BEFORE THE START OF THE NEW HALF-SEASON.

Purchase of tickets for minors

PURSUANT TO THE LAW ON PREVENTION OF VIOLENCE AND MISBEHAVIOR AT SPORTS EVENTS OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA, PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 16 CANNOT BUY A TICKET ON THEIR OWN OR ATTEND A SPORTS EVENT WITHOUT AN ADULT COMPANION. THE RIGHT TO OBTAIN A DISCOUNT FOR "CHILDREN'S TICKETS" IS ACQUIRED EXCLUSIVELY WITH THE ATTACHED DOCUMENT OF A MINOR - PASSPORT OR BIRTH CERTIFICATE. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF SEVEN (7) CAN ATTEND MATCHES FREE OF CHARGE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT, BUT THEY WILL NOT HAVE THEIR OWN SEAT.

Complaints and limitation of liability

COMPLAINTS RELATED TO SEASON TICKETS CAN BE SUBMITTED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE OFFICIAL TICKETING SERVICE OF FC PARTIZAN. THE CLUB IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS IN THE DELIVERY OF TICKETS, TECHNICAL ERRORS OR CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND ITS CONTROL, INCLUDING THE CANCELLATION OF MATCHES DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE (PANDEMIC, INCLEMENT WEATHER, OR LEGAL PROHIBITIONS).

Final provisions

BUYING A SEASON TICKET IMPLIES ACCEPTANCE OF ALL THE STATED CONDITIONS. FC PARTIZAN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, WHEREBY BUYERS WILL BE INFORMED THROUGH THE CLUB'S OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION CHANNELS.
